The Receptionist serves as the primary point of contact for patients, visitors, and callers, providing professional assistance in both English and Spanish. This role supports front office operations, patient coordination and research activities while maintaining confidentiality and a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet, check in and assist patients; notify coordinators of arrivals.
- Answer, screen, and route phone calls; complete and document patient phone screenings in CTMS
- Maintain accurate patient and study documentation, including filing, scanning and archiving
- Support research operations by assisting with study materials, lab kit tracking, and regulatory documentation
- Process incoming mail and deliveries, including study-related and IP shipments
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of reception, lobby, exam rooms, and lab areas
- Provide general administrative support to leadership and staff as assigned
- Uphold HIPAA and confidentiality standards at all times
