Selena Garcia Lawton, MS, RD, LD, is a Registered Dietitian who earned her master’s degree in Nutrition in 2022 from the University of Central Arkansas. She completed her dietetic internship through the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and the Veterans Affairs Healthcare System and became a Registered Dietitian in 2021. Selena has clinical experience providing medical nutrition therapy, weight management counseling, and nutrition education to diverse patient populations, including veterans with complex medical and socioeconomic needs. Her professional interests include chronic disease prevention, evidence-based nutrition interventions, and developing sustainable dietary habits to improve long-term health outcomes. Selena partnered with Preferred Research Partners in September of 2026.
