Lakashia was born and raised in NWA, at 17 she joined the Army working as an animal care specialist. After fulfilling her duty with the military, she completed school earning a bachelor’s in biology. She spent time working for the Space Force in Colorado as an environmental scientist on the civil engineering squadron. She eventually found her way back home to NWA and pursuing her dream to work in clinical research.
